 However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Q:How do I place an order on outleb.com?

A: Placing an order is easy at outleb. Here’s how:

Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘My Cart.

Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address and details to proceed.

Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.

Q: Are outleb items authentic?

A: Our offering is expertly chosen from the best luxury fashion around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.

Q: How will my order be packaged?

A: Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective outleb box or bag to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: We deliver to Greater Beirut. We have two shipping methods, standard and express. Standard shipping is USD4 within Greater Beirut. Shipping selection will appear at the checkout. We also offer free shipping for orders above 100$ in Lebanon. Find out more about shipping here.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?

A: Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

Q: Can I reserve an item to buy later?

A: We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.

Q: I've forgotten my password, what should i do?

A: To re-set your password, follow the 'Forgot your password' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Q: Which countries does outleb ship to?

A: We currently ship to Greater Beirut only. We are working on shipping across all Lebanese regions in the near future.

Q: Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

A: Before your purchases have been processed for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
 However, we are unable to combine orders, cancel or add pieces to an existing order once it has been processed.


Q: Why are some items marked as final sale?

A: During our sale clearance, products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A: If you want to sell an item but you cant find the right category for it, contact us through the form and we will add it as a sub-category in the appropriate category.

Q: Are there any fees for selling?

A: On Yabli.com, you can post items for free. A referral fee will be applied automatically depending on the type of goods you are selling. Contact us for additional details regarding the referral rate of each category.

Q: Can a buyer see all my listings in one place?

A: Yes. Whenever you choose a product, you will notice the vendor name on top of it in the main description. Clicking on the vendor name will take you to the vendor store where all the listings are on the same page with the related category.
